At Creavibe, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Personalized or custom-made items, such as engraved jewelry, are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
3. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the reason for the return and include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
3. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping fees
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
